President Andrzej Duda, when asked in "Gość Niedzielny" about his future after leaving office, emphasized that "participation in the parliamentary elections is excluded".

- However, if there were any other challenges. It could happen, for example, that there would be a need to find a prime minister who would join the new coalition agreement. If such an offer was made to me, I would not hesitate - he said.

When asked whether such formal or less formal proposals were being addressed to him, Duda replied that "they were not".
